DECISIONS

YOUR PICK, GOOD OR BAD?
Diets are horrible? Sure, but in this Generation we might need some sort of diet.
Like making a schedual for the times you should eat. Do you say yes or no to a schedual?
Lets look at both views of what a schedual can do:
       If you set up a time in the morning to eat,for example lets say 6am, and kept eating your breakfast at 6am your body would get used to it and get into a digestive routine knowing when its going to digest foods making it easier.
      Your body would get used to it that if you ate at any other time around 6am your body probably wouldnt know how to handle it.
Now are you thinking schedual or not? It's always up to you and your opinion.

          Foods you should try to consume should always be organic natural foods.  If I ate an apple my body can burn it all of because it can use it. If I ate chips my body would turn that straight into fat and I would become thirsty which some people mistake for hungar and keep consuming more than the serving size amount of food. See the difference between man made foods and earth grown foods? If you decide to snack or eat make sure its something you have to make. I know you lazy people out there are like "forget that." If you really wanted to lose your fat than you should start by changing habits. Which means you have to start working for what you want. Working hard.
        You see a man jog past you in the park with nice abs. Do you think "Wow I wish I had those." or "I'm going to get those." It doesnt truly matter what you think, It does but its all your actions that speak louder than words. Theres a difference between doing things and saying things. I'm sure you can point these differences out but lets do an example any way.
Ex 1: "I really want to lose weight, but I can hold off till tomorrow. "    Ex 2: "I'm tired of my laziness, im going running." 

  With pain comes pleasure. You want to work hard all week to lose weight? Go for it! On a Saturday or Friday night if you feel the need, go ahead and splurge too! If you have to. If theres a dessert that your truly wanting to have thats a rare food for you go ahead and enjoy it, If it's a dessert thats not so good or not your favorite just dont bother eating it. Save yourself for the best, you desrve it. I encourage you to be as picky as you want.

Good foods are colorful and bright. The healthier you are the happier you notice that you will feel. One good decision leads to another. You starting eating right you will start feeling right. You will feel so good you will want to work out!

     Like it is your choice to "diet" it is also your choice to work out. Don't expect to lose 50lbs just by eating healthy. Your body burns all the calories it needs just to do things like breathe, move your legs, think, etc... If you eat more than what you need on a daily basis expect to do a couple work outs.

This may seem like a lot, but you only need an hour work out for the day. So
do a 5 minutes of yoga in the morning to start your day. Go to school/work and burn calories by thinking and making decisions (which can last for hours). When you get home run up stairs for 30 seconds. Play tag with your children or siblings. At night take your dog running for 20 minutes around the block. Gradually bring up your physical activty.

Example: I would walk for 4 minutes then pick it up to a jog for 3 minutes and run for 2 minutes than redue that until I got home. The next day I'd keep at a jog until I got home. The day after that I would jog around the neighborhood twice. Then I would run once fully around the block.

See how I gradually picked it up? If your heart stays on the same pattern it will get used to it and you wont burn any extra fat. You will only keep off the fat you lost. If you continue growing and changing your workouts you will lose more weight.
Sound easy? Put it to action and it's actually very difficult.

If you think your ready to be physically in shape you have to set your mind on it.
Some thoughts that can help you is:
"I got this far, why stop here when I am so close to reaching my goal."
"I can do it."
"This is easy, keep going."

Now I mentioned earlier that your mind thinks it may be hungry but it's really thirsty. You will notice that if you carried a water bottle the size of your forearm and drank every time that you felt hungry take a sip of water and if it doesnt go away go snack. Dont eat while you watch t.v. though.
